2020-2021 Sports Physicals

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SPORTS PHYSICALS FOR 2020-21 SCHOOL YEAR:

Sports Physicals completed for the 2019-20 school year will be accepted during the 2020-21 school year upon submission of a parent and athlete signed waiver(Form B). Students who did not have a Sports Physical in 2019-20 must complete a new Sport Physical for the 2020-21 school year.

Form B will be uploaded into the Online Registration system if you had a physical last year. If you did not have a physical for the 2019-20 school year, you will need a new one, and you will upload the Medical Eligibility Form.

Online Registration for 2020-21 will not be available until Aug. 1, 2020.

Graduation Ceremony changed to 4:00 PM

Due to the high chance of inclement weather, graduation has been moved from 1 pm to 4 pm on Sunday, May 24.

We understand that this may interfere with some of your plans; however, we feel this will create a safer environment for the students, and we have to make the best decision with the information we have today.

Graduates needs to arrive at the BAC by 2:45 pm, and we will marshal vehicles beginning at 3:00 pm. We are excited to celebrate the class of 2020!

Student Computer and Supply Returns and Personal Item Pickup

Students will be able to return their CHARGED computers and power cords, classroom and library books, and school supplies starting Monday, May 18 thru Wednesday, May 20, during normal school hours, 8:00 to 3:00.  Students should return the supplies only when they are finished with all their classes.  If a student is choosing to work on their classes beyond the end of the school year, they should notify the school to determine a timeline.  If the computer device is damaged or lost, please bring the replacement amount listed below with you during the drop off days. Devices must be charged when returning.

Keyboard: $60

Screen: $60

Charger: $40

Entire Machine: $300

Students will only be able to drop off the supplies in the student affairs commons area and will not be allowed to go further into the school building.  It would be helpful if all supplies were labeled with the student’s name and class title.  Band uniforms, choir tuxes, and choir dresses will have a rack outside the respective rooms to be returned and hung up.

Students that have supplies in the school need to notify the school of what is still in the building.  Please give us enough time to gather materials before you come to the school.  The supplies will be gathered and put in a bag with the student’s name.  When the student arrives, they be given the bag from student affairs.
